I help you to discover your unconscious beliefs, thoughts and motivations that no longer serve what you strive for. You will feel more in control of your life choices and paths as we work to help you to reflect on your experiences and create meaning from them.
If you are a clinician yourself, we are aware that we need to find a space to work on our “stuff” so they do not overflow into our work with our patients and relationships. I am here for you for that exact purpose.
SUPERVISION FOR MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELORS

I help you to understand the personality structure of your patients, to explore the motivations behind their behaviors. I will help guide you in understanding your counter-transference with your patients and how you could use that insight to help your patients. I will assist you in focusing on the process of therapy with your patients (i.e. how things are occurring), instead of the content of what your patient tells you (i.e. what is occurring). I have faith in your growth and potential to be more confident in your clinical role.
